Leading with Love

I have 30 years experience as an executive in the social justice sphere – leading evaluations, helping leaders thrive, pushing for fair and effective policies and running impactful programs. I believe that to get to good ends, we have to pay attention to our means. That’s why you’ll see me integrating analyses of power and position in all of my work. As a former executive director, I care how organizations are run and believe that we all can be effective leaders. I know that we will get further faster when we work together and when our work is powered by love.
